Do your own surveys. (Or use our surveying service!) TMCs offer to run surveys for you, but you need to have the freedom, control and objectivity to ask the questions you need to, many of which will be about the TMC. Surveys are useful for two things; checking on attitudes and issues internally, and checking on the performance of the airlines, hotels, OBT and TMC.
